The D.E.E.P Model was born from a critical observation: most personality assessments are static, placing individuals into fixed categories that often feel limiting, oversimplified, or disconnected from real-world complexity.
As practitioners, we saw the need for a model that reflects the dynamic, evolving nature of human behavior, one that treats growth, emotion, decision-making, and purpose not as labels, but as living capacities that develop over time and across contexts.
We set out to create a more realistic and responsive model, supporting people not only to understand who they are, but to evolve into who they can become. D.E.E.P is our contribution to making personality assessment practical, fluid, and empowering.
From Research to Real-Life Application
The development of D.E.E.P took nearly two years, shaped by rigorous research and hands-on practice.
For the first year and a half, we immersed ourselves in studying human behavior, psychology, coaching models, and systems thinking. The final six months focused on refining, testing, and applying the model in real-world settings.
What truly shaped D.E.E.P was the feedback during this testing phase. One participant reflected:
“If I had taken this two years ago, I would have scored much higher in this pillar.”
They recognized a strength they once had but had diminished, and for the first time, had the language and insight to understand the change and how to reclaim it.
That moment confirmed D.E.E.P is not just descriptive, it’s deeply developmental.
